Greater Phoenix Electric, Inc. feels a company is measured
by the quality of it's personnel. Only with the most capable and dedicated employees can we perform quality electrical installations
at a fair price. Our reputation is built on just this premise. Background checks are a normal part of our hiring practice,
this includes any temporary positions. We want our employees to have the best job available, a safe working environment, a
sense of belonging and the satisfaction of a job well done. In return, we expect our employees to give their best effort,
loyalty and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Safety and training are an essential part of Greater
Phoenix Electric, Inc. As a Drug Free Employer, we have a formal Drug and Alcohol Policy. We do pre-employment testing of
all employees, including temporaries. We do post-accident testing and also random testing. We are members of the SSTA and
our employees have all been trained in the OSHA/SSTA 16 HR Safety Program. In addition, our employees have current CPR cards
issued by the American Heart Association.

We encourage on-going education of all our employees.
We have employees enrolled in the PEP (Professional Electrician Program) at IECA (Independent Electrical Contractors of Arizona).
We have others taking individual semester courses at Gateway College through the Electric League of Arizona. We also have
an apprentice going through the full four year apprenticeship program through ABA (Arizona Builders Association).
We
would like to recognize that 57% of our co-workers have been with us for over 6 years and especially proud to say that 33%
have been with us 10 years or more.
